The EvolutionSeries website lists Lores and Fables under "partner products", but those are the only ones listed as "partner products". So I'm guessing license transfer might be allowed for Lores and Fables, if they're treated as NI products rather than EvolutionSeries?

EvolutionSeries support said they think Lores and Fables are transferrable but I should ask Native Instruments for confirmation. NI support has a warning that they may take a long time responding because of the holidays, and they've taken a long time to respond even during non-holiday periods, so IDK if I'll get an answer from them before the voucher expires.

Anyone who owns Lores or Fables can easily check by going to the license transfer page, clicking "transfer a license", and then seeing whether Lores or Fables are listed among licenses available for transfer.

The NKS store is a very different scenario so the terms are down to the individual vendors.
Lores has been sold on this forum in the past and Fables is too new to have been seen here maybe!
People tend to sell duplicates when they update to the latest Komplete, which doesn't apply to Fables yet as it wasn't in K14.
So there's no evidence that it will be an issue.
