Hello, I’m also getting terrible playback issues on an M1 Studio Ultra. I have been busy with other non-VSL projects for a long time. I just came back to a very large VSL project where I was/am hosting mostly Synchron player plugins within Cubase 13 and I’m unable to play back more than a handful of tracks (depends on the track and how busy it is; sometimes I can play 12, sometimes only 4) Instrument Tracks/Synchron instances without pops, crackling and stuttering playback.
It’s much worse when I use Stretch. But even with that turned off, I can’t seem to get smooth playback unless it’s very few tracks. Tried doubling the Default Preload Size to 8192 but it made no discernible difference.
A weird thing happens with one short section using Synchron Strings Pro where I can play a specific 2 bar section but if I turn Cycle on and loop through that section then it plays perfectly the first time but the audio will start to stutter on the 2nd and subsequent play throughs. Very strange.
Specs/Settings:

macOS Ventura 13.6.1
128 GB RAM
Cubase:-
CoreAudio Buffer: 2048 (maximum)
Activate Multi Processing: on
Activate ASIO-Guard: on
ASIO-Guard Level: High

Type: VST3 Apple Silicon native
Default Buffer: 4096 samples

I have all the VSL software up-to-date. Is the new build still pending or has it already been deployed?
Are there any settings I can use which will prevent this happening or should I wait for an update?
