Native Access problem - anyone else??

I am running Native Access 3.7.0, which I think is the latest release for M1 Macs. OS is Mac Sonoma 14.1.
Not sure but I think the problem began when I updated my OS to Sonoma. At the moment Native Access appears to work fine, allows me to "Install" (including downloading the lib), but nothing gets installed and the download disappears. This has happened with several different libs from different devs. In some cases I was able to download the lib manually and then use Native Access to authorize, but so far no luck with some libs which require NA to download.

Just to be clear - I can SEE the download happening, there is an .iso in my downloads folder which is the correct size for whatever lib. But as soon as the DL finishes, Native Access says "Installing" and then the .iso just disappears.

Anyone else? Any ideas how to fix?

My thought as well, but does not appear to be the case. In the mean time I managed to find direct downloads for the libs I needed and got NA to authorize them so all is well at the moment.
 
I had the same thing and solved it by installing NA1 and downloading stuff via it.
 
Tons ... it's been going on like this for months now and obviously I'm not alone.
It's only been correctly working one out of 3-4 times, often getting stuck in the "Loading products" routine.
This morning, trying to download and install a new Maschine expansion like so often NA got stuck with the same screen "Loading products". Rebooted the PC, same story, shut down the PC and restarted, same same. De-and re-installed the app, 'Demon version couldn't be determined' ... 'Starting dependencies' ... asking me to log in only to get stuck in the login sequence and so on and so forth ad nauseum.

Trying to download an older version of NA I got confronted with this one:

I've pretty much had it with NI (I've had most of the issues above) and once I've done auto sampling some of my fav Kontakt patches for my own use, I'm out.
 
It all went wrong yesterday for me trying to update and install products from purchase with Komplete upgrade around BF - on starting a couple of products wanted NA2 so I foolishly upgraded that and all went haywire ... I download and install and NA confirms .. and then after say doing 5/6 I refresh and they are all back again wanting download. After research from other users they say bin NA2 and start again with NA1 which i have done but none of our new purchased products are available anymore for download (nor) nor any of the 15 updates i had waiting nor any of the serial numbers I have added since yesterday (many from Sonokinetic Xmas). I have pinged them a case but guess I will quite a few thousand down the line. What an awful product they have created.
 
I've had a vague idea that some of above issues might be server related since I ran into the same probs (among others, see above) on my other two PCs later today (latest version of NA in all cases).

Well ... 3.55 pm and still the same ... great.

Yep same for me - I keep logging on every hour or so and no change - fingers crossed eh
 
Funny enough, I was able to get around Native Access being down by using Native Access 1 to register and install a 3rd party library. I guess they've just taken down some dependencies that the new NA needs to function, but not what the old NA needs?
 
I was wondering why it did not work yesterday.
It just kept on loading after I started Native Access.
