Surface would be overkill. An old tablet/iPad/phone works great. :thumbsup:

I've had a chance to test it on a touchscreen. It does move the mouse cursor. It also takes 2 taps to change an articulation. One to change window focus and one to select. Using a tablet with a browser is the definitely the way to go.
