Can't open VIENNA INSTRUMENTS in VEPro 7

Dear all,

I am facing a weird issue: When I open the Vienna Instruments standalone version, everything works fine. But when I try to add a Vienna-Instruments instace in Vienna Ensemble Pro 7 or open an old project - it fails to load Vienna Instruments.


I re-installed Vienna Instruments, restarted my computer - nothing helps. Do you also encounter this issue? Maybe @Ben has an idea?

Thank you so much! Until three weeks ago I used Vienna Instruments Pro in the new iLok-Version without any problems. I just searched for the different Vienna Instruments versions in the Vienna Assistant but I only get one:

Sounds like a differrent issue than I expected. Please create the support file and send it to our support, they will look into it. It will also help if you can attach one of the files that are not working in the mail.
