SINE Player 1.1.1.750 "Your System is currently offline."

Hello, I'm new so let me know if this is in the wrong spot.

I cannot use SINE player 1.1.1.750 because it displays the following error:

I am connected to the internet (via Ethernet) and all other internet applications are functional.
I cannot find any previous versions to download either, so I'm not really sure. I've been having this problem for about 2 weeks now, and I cannot find any sort of way to fix it.

I've tried to allow internet permissions manually but it has not worked.

Any ideas?
