Hello all,
I was hoping someone could help me. I have very recently had an issue with Abbey Road Two. It may have occurred after installing their most recent update. I've attached a couple of screenshots. Basically, when I load a new instrument in Cubase (12), my Abbey Road Two Instrument has no patches available and it says (No Preset Selected) (first screenshot). If I then click the dropdown to load something (second screenshot), I get the empty list. It seems there are no patches in my instrument. However, my existing instruments in other tracks work as expected. I can open the panel, change instrument - all good. It is only affecting new ones. I have not changed anything - this just started to happen. There are no errors in the panels
I have tried repairs, reinstalling etc, and the result is the same. All other libraries work fine, including other Spitfire Libraries.
FWIW I reported it on Sunday through Spitfire support, and it is not yet resolved. Basically, I have been assigned a support engineer who comes online at 9pm UK time, asks me one question, then disappears for 24 hours. This is hopeless - the cycle time for a single question is 24 hours. To be clear, I don't expect or demand things to be resolved immediately, but I do expect there to be a route that makes it possible to fix in a reasonable time). I've asked to be assigned a European timezone support member. Am I unlucky, or is this the standard of support at Spitfire?
If anyone has any idea at all I would be most grateful, as the sporadic support provided by Spitfire is not going to help me.
Thanks in advance!
