Yeah, thx, clearing the cookies helps me, but currently, I need to do it every time for clean the cart.

Could you please answer a few questions for me? I want to purchase ETHERA Gold 2.5 and Elements - Cinematic Rhythms, and I would like to clarify the loyalty discount. Is there a loyalty discount on ETHERA Gold 2.5 for purchasing Elements, or is it only a loyalty discount on Elements - Cinematic Rhythms for purchasing Ethera?
Is it possible to apply this loyalty discount without making two separate purchases, but by adding both items to the cart at once and receiving the loyalty discount? Also, does the loyalty discount combine with the current sale?

Ethera Gold 2.5 is finally mine

Zero-G - might want to hire a new web developer. Your site has always been slow (going back to the 2000's days), but despite it using CloudFlare it doesn't appear to actually be utilizing any kind of image / site cache correctly. I checked what was going on because the site has never loaded for me

Your site's GTMetrix score is.....D. That's one of the worst I've ever seen for a company website. Especially the structure score. All your core web vitals are "failed" on PageSpeed, including caching, layout shifting, network payloads (are....enorrrrmous), third party code. Shopify integration doesn't seem to be optimized at all, which I've never seen. Some of these fixes are literally single button clicks!

Are you aware of this? It's probably costing you A LOT in lost revenue. There's probably some dude on Fiverr who could fix most of this stuff for a couple hundred bucks (lol). Not sure what you're paying your web dev, but if it's more than $10 I'd be pissed.

This isn't a new problem - I haven't bought anything from site since 2019, since the site never loads where I live (not in the West).

I wish there were also discounts on the upgrades!

I worked like crazy for 6 months for this upgrade, less than 50 dollars is not even worth considering for an upgrade, especially since it's practically 5 libraries in 1.

You forget I’ve already paid for Atlantis twice, and now should for a third time, but a new user can get it much cheaper, the only thing is that I have been able to use it for a bit over one year, but that is quite an expensive price for only one year. It’s not about the money itself, it is a good product, it’s about loyalty, add 20% off for upgrades like it is for the full product and it’s a deal! (Also it’s actually $62 because of tax)

And so? Have you considered the increase in content? I really don't think so. As I've already mentioned, Atlantis 3 could be split into at least 5 libraries, each priced at a minimum of 70 euros. So I believe you need to do some calculations

All the direct support I offer? The tutorials, the free presets? Does this have no value for you over time? Or do you think I have time to waste?.

I believe I'm one of the few developers to whom you don't have to say this.

Considering the great support I provide, the high quality content, and the reasonable cost.

Find me a library like Atlantis 3 with this content and at this cost.

You've used it all this time, a new user hasn't.

So, it's a strange comparison.

Additionally, we're talking about a price that is very close overall when you add Atlantis 1 + V2 upgrade + V3 upgrade, compared to getting V3 directly today. Also, the cost of living is increasing, and it's increasing for me as well.

Creating a sample library has a significant cost.
Atlantis 3 is not a normal upgrade, is A MASSIVE UPGRADE!

Asking $50 for an upgrade like Atlantis 3 (taxes are normal, no need to discuss that) seems more than fair to me.

How much should an upgrade like this be for you? Going from 3 singers to 5, a lot of new True Legatos with deep sampling, vocal phrases, chants, plus a powerful Hybrid Synth. $30?

When I see libraries that have much, much, much less, cost even more than the full price of Atlantis 3.

That's not the point, a new user will get the same amount of content for less money. It's like IK asking $79.99 for modo bass 1->2 upgrade but new users get modo bass 2 for $79.99, just not as radical.

Because that's absolutely the point.

As mentioned, you have to evaluate the TYPE of upgrade and not just do calculations as you are doing.

Because if I were to reason the way you are doing, I wouldn't have even given you the upgrade. Instead, I would have released almost three new libraries at full price, scorporating the Atlantis 3 Upgrade.

I've received only positive comments, even regarding the price of this upgrade.
So, just to say that the majority of the community has also appreciated the very low price in relation to the new content from Atlantis 1/2.

As said Atlantis 3 is not just only an upgrade, is a MASSIVE Upgrade.

In addition to what has been said, then you can continue to think as you like.

Everyone is free to think as they want. But I like to express what I think.

Well, let me present a scenario to you, like an example.

I bought a product for $50, two years ago. Then, I bought another one for $60 one year ago.
Now, I buy one for $50. I've spent $160 over 2 years.

If I had bought the full product now, I would have spent $140.

I would have saved $20.

But spending $140 all at once is not the same as spreading the expense ( 160$ ) over 2 years, while I use the product and maybe even earn money with it, especially if it's a professional activity and not just a hobby.

And if it's a hobby, well, I've enjoyed it before others.

Haha I love it when dev's are vocal like this. You're passionate about your work and it shows. and even though I understand AceAudioHQ (wanting the upgrade even though you gotta watch your spendings these days) I agree with you on the math here it's definitely a good price both now and before the upgrades.
I'm truly thinking about buying it now, the only thing holding me back is I'm not sure how much use I have for these particular tones. I would buy in an instant if I could find a library with a singer similar in voice to someone like Charlotte Church in James Horner's "A Kaleidoscope of Mathematics". I think you have to record girls for that. I think she was about 15 or 16 at the time.

I'm in the same boat as @AceAudioHQ, however I also understand the arguments from @StefanoM. It is cheaper to get Atlantis 3 directly than buying Atlantis or Atlantis 2 then upgrading to Atlantis 3. For people who made good use of Atlantis 1 or 2 in the past, they might be happy to shell out $50 for the upgrade as it is after all a reasonable amount asked given all the new content. In my case, I unfortunately have never used Atlantis 2 since I bought it, so I could have bought Atlantis 3 directly for cheaper and it wouldn't have changed anything. But this is entirely my fault for buying too much and not finding the time to use it all.

So at this stage I'm skipping the upgrade as I can't justify spending another $50 on a library I haven't used. But if I had used it all this time I would have thought it is a decent upgrade price

Well, indeed..

If you haven't had time to use it, it's not something that can push me to give away such an important upgrade. I believe you can understand that.

This update is truly valuable, and I'm not sure if you fully realize how much material I'm practically "giving away."

Atlantis 3 is not an upgrade, is a new library ( with 6 vocalists ), maybe sounds better.. if I call it like a new library.

I have to give value to what I do and offer.

And honestly, $50 for this upgrade is well below the value of the content.

Considering that there are many new features and voices between Atlantis 2 and Atlantis 3, only in this case there is a massive difference.

Between Atlantis 1 and Atlantis 3, well in this case, it is a completely different library...


The problem is that many people don't watch the videos carefully, don't follow my tutorials, don't listen to the demos, so they don't fully realize the difference.

So, in all honesty, $50 is a bargain
