Hi :) pro musician, both Native Access's take hours to download (Ventura on intel Mac)

Hi :) How's everyone today? Im a pro musician, and had to do a re-build which is totally stable etc. From Big Sur, to Ventura. Anyway, apart from saying hi: Why do 30meg downloads take 2 hours to download from NI, when I have maxed out upload and download speeds, and all my other downloads are super fast? Have a great weekend everyone :)

can be several factors that affect download speed, maybe better contact NI?
