My browser can only fit in a few lines of preceding text, when I am editing a post, so every now and then I click on the wrong category/post (because they all look so similar) and start typing in it only to realize my mistake and then have to redo it again in the correct one.

Lots of such goof ups here. Perhaps the best was when I had 432 tabs open in my browser to facilitate switching between them quickly and getting information on the fly. The count to 432 had built up over a period based on the deal research/my reminders/urgent etc.

I suddenly closed the browser by accident and forgot to enable restore-tabs on next session. They were all gone in a poof. It was one of those Cringe YouTube Thumbnail Hall of Fame moments with the caption 'You'll never guess what happened when... "

Thanks. I really appreciate you drawing attention to it. The truth is that I am just terrible at self promotion, both here and in real life.

I did add some links to my forum signature (my ko-fi page and two reseller stores) and hopefully that has some visibility here. Some people have very kindly contributed at ko-fi already along with messages of support. Some members, and even developers, also sent direct messages expressing gratitude. Each message is its own reward so a big thanks to each one who contributed.

I had similar feedback last year too which encouraged me to pick up the thread again in 2023.

But my main concern this year has been to add sufficient value to the thread especially since the forum format puts me at a disadvantage for maintaining live updates.

The sales started much earlier this year compared to 2022 and on account of the early start most developers have also been repackaging and relaunching their sales which means more new deal notifications/emails at my end to scan, qualify, sort, format, recheck and update on the thread. I just finished marking the listings for Holiday Sales and I am already seeing mails in my inbox which are talking of End of Year sale (with discount amounts and end dates changed yet again). I am guessing that there will a followup with New Year Sale too.

Some of us may have already exhausted our budgets but I am going to try to update deals wherever I can (albeit a little slowly) since visibility here also means a good sale season for the developers too.

But thank you again. Am grateful to everyone who is showing support in whatever way they can.

Do VSL vouchers expire? I bought a bunch last year, thinking I would slowly add to my VSL collection as sales happened, but lost track of the sales with my move. Plus everything was still expensive. Maybe I will buy some more and add them to the stash, so I might actually be able to get something. :)
