There is a mistake on the mobile version of the site. I get 102.5 as well on my phone but 225 on the computer. If you checkout on the mobile version you still get the 225 price though.

Does anybody know, for sure, what my Chorus price will be if I don´t own anything by AI yet and purchase Chorus lite and FX now? I asked support via mail, but the only answer I got was: Buy another 99$ product first to get 10% LIte and FX...
Also, putting the two items into my cart doesn´t seem to apply the advertised 10% discount for all new and existing customers on purchases over 100$.

Why you see it as $102.50 sounds like some sort of glitch to me, but then again, that's just my non-technical opinion from a cursory read of your earlier short post. Also, I'm not aware of any way you'd be able to get Nucleus at that price.
Perhaps someone else might be able to chime in on this?

According to the earlier posts in this thread, Nucleus is going for 50% off without any loyalty discounts. Full price is $449. I'll leave you to do the math yourself.
You say you haven't bought anything from Audio Imperia before, but when you sign into your account(which has no previous purchases), why should there be any reason for surprise when you see Nucleus in your cart reflecting the normal BF price?

I believe the extra 10% is for having purchased over $100, not having a basket total over $100.
So if you purchased those items, you should get the extra 10% off further orders.

Happy to report that my issue has been resolved - after another email to support I received a custom invoice to upgrade Nucleus to Jaeger for the advertised price of $142.

yeah, thats what I feared, despite @audioimperia explicitly stating that the discount is for all, NEW and existing, customers.... really, I am trying so hard to somehow justify buying from them even though the discount is pretty shalllow, but they don´t even read my email before answering and make everything super complicated with contradicting statements. the broken website doesn´t help...
Well, it is available for new customers in that you can still get the deal without having bought anything previously.
It's just that it doesn't take effect until AFTER you have bought something.
obviously, since then i would be an existing customer. let´s not sugar coat it, this is either intended confusion or an accidental one, since I asked twice now (not counting this last time here) and AI was not able to answer as clearly as you did. Im not sure which is worse...

Thoroughly Watched the Walkthrus & Loved Solo . . Simply beautiful. The tone, the articulations & the instruments included. On top of these, the microphones & mixes. I think am gonna click coz I am anyway looking for solo Strings & this comes with other instruments I didn’t even ask for. Beyond cool!

Solo is a gem of a library. Seriously, I haven’t heard the tone of the solo Strings in the library elsewhere. Really thanks for bringing us this @audioimperia !
Oh and the Descant Horn, just beyond expectations. Although, I would like to ask if there are going to be more articulations for the instruments, in the future updates.

If you're having issues just contact support but remember some have the holidays this week plus they just launched a website that had some issues. So have some patience.

I thought Nucleus and Fabfilter's Pro Q3 were the last two things on my list this BF. I may have to consider getting SOLO now too.
I have both Jaeger and nucleus, it shows a 142$ for me
So I decided to pull the trigger after listening to a few more demos. I guess I just joined the Solo gang(what a paradox!)
And I can confirm that this library has something extraordinary about it.
