I have the standard library, so no surround mics. But tweaking the Room mix and volume settings does already help a lot

We just added new legatos as free update to Synchron Woodwinds Flute I, Oboe II, and Clarinet I:
Lyrical legato and Virtuosic legato, regular and fast legatos recorded and created with the same approach we used for our new Synchron Duality Strings.
Simply open Vienna Assistant and install the update.

Is the oboe lyrical and virtuose legato update only having f/ff dynamics for you as well?

Hi Ben, these new woodwinds sound amazing. Just to avoid confusion, from what I understood, first flute is flute 2, first oboe (French) oboe 2, first clarinet clarinet Bb2. These new legatos comes in flute 1, oboe 2 and clarinet 1. Are they all assigned to first instrument? Did ou swap the samples from 2 to 1 for flute and clarinet?

Could you pass along this feedback to the web team: it would be very helpful if the website showed you when you already own a product. E.g., here's what I see for Smart Orchestra, which I own. It really should say "€0 -- You own this". I find that as my VSL collection grows, it's hard to keep track of which product I have or not. Thanks!

No samples / instruments were swapped, you simply get new articulations for Flute I, Oboe II and Clarinet I

It's also already on our radar, we definitly would like to improve it. But it probably has to wait until the next large website update.@Ben Awesome update.

This is brilliant to see! I really hope that they roll out this to more instruments and throughout the whole of the Synchron series. I think I'll 100% be buying into the whole of the Synchron series if this happens, but going to hold out too see if this happens over the next year as missed out on the recent vouchers offer. Next year however, I can see myself picking up quite a few voucher amounts if they continue to improve the legatos and include this throughout the whole of the synchron libraries. My main issue with the synchron libraries has always been a lack of this kind of Lyrical legato with more pronounced/better legato transitions and the new faster legatos/agile legatos in duality strings sounds and look brilliant.

They did. I've just seen this and it sounds great. Looks like they will be bringing more of these legatos to more of the Synchron series so next year I will probably look at getting some vouchers and then possibly complete the Synchron series as I've now missed on the voucher offer this year.They pretty much announced everything they will release this year in advance.

I got vouchers, I don’t have any VSL library yet, besides the really great free ones. I got them to wait another sale for Duality regular, I pass on Brass, but now I’m really thinking on this Synchron Woodwings sale!
Talk me out of it, my main workhorse is BBCSO Pro WW maybe the most solid section of all the Orchestra at this point.
The most standout feature for me is those Expressive Legatos, that have that vibrato expression baked in. Also having 2 different soloist to make choral writings. Haw many dynamics layers do we have ?
