They need to recreate all libraries from scratch for the new version of Engine. It's not backwards compatible. This will take a lot of time. And it probably will cost some upgrade price for each library. I wouldn't bet on it that it will release anytime soon.

They said they work on an Engine 3 version about 3 years ago. So they better hurry up and release it soon.

In the times I've emailed, in January 2023 they said they were testing, then in November they said they were still working on migrating. They're lagging behind all other major samplers right now. Usually it wouldn't be as big of a deal, but the the truth is it's the most inefficient engine I've ever worked with, its CPU management is pretty terrible unfortunately. They really need to modernise, and quick. It's also the final piece of the native puzzle for me, not super ideal having to be on Rosetta all the time.

could have been released as an elysion / dark horizon soundpack for like 29 EUR. Very disappointing.
