Introducing Musio 1 - The Non-Subscription Option!

Hi. Purchased the MUSIO 1 perennial thing for $299. But the Musio plugin isn't letting me log in. It doesn't say password is invalid. It just says unauthorized. I'm visually impaired and don't know what I'm looking at here. I submitted a support request but I don't even know the info they need to help. Looking back through their emails and my invoice/receipt, I can't find anything other than a "verify" link that I successfully submitted (thereafter the MUSIO app was working) - and I have my receipt for the $299 payment I made weeks ago. But it looks like I received no additional email (such as with instructions, a license code to extend the service, etc.). Now, today, I try to login to use the app but it has that unauthorized message.

Any ideas?
Musio is comprised of two parts: the plugin and Musio Connect application which manages authorizations and other housekeeping duties, so Musio Connect has to be installed as well and that is where you would enter your account credentials.

Let us know how things go.
Joyfully yours,

Musio Connect is saying Not Authorized.

Never mind. I figured it out. It's a copy/paste issue. I use excel as my password manager because I store a lot of additional info about companies for which I have passwords. Since my Musio Connect password is the same length as the asterisks that showed when I copy/pasted the password from Excel, I assumed it pasted correctly.

The way I fixed it was to not use the Excel paste. Instead I highlighted and copied/pasted the characters using Windows clipboard (meaning by going inside the excel cell), and then it allowed the login.

95% of logins work either way. But some few don't. Even fewer don't accept "paste" at all, and require to be hand-typed each time. I've been super-spoiled for the most part.

Musio dev here - just wanted to let you all know that we are reading these posts and the information you're sharing is very helpful to us as we plan our development cycles. I can't provide anything specific with regards to future performance improvements - right now we are focusing on a number of frequently-requested UI/UX changes, but rest assured that there is ongoing discussion about ways to improve all areas of Musio, including performance and efficiency.
