I enjoy using the grid editor in SD3 to program MIDI and drive TRIAZ. Have also experimented with exporting MIDI from TRIAZ to drive kits in SD3. Lots of ways to get it done.Thanks for confirming my take on how these three compare.
The most attractive thing about Triaz is the sequencer with the 3 layers, ability to add your own samples (which can allow it to be more acoustic focused if we want), randomization and easy MIDI export...
...Triaz appears to go much deeper than, say, EZD3's grid editor for creative pattern and sound design, and as a non-drummer I'm always looking for better ways to input decent percussion with more intuitive workflows. I'm inclined take the plunge with Triaz.
