Making Music like Hiroyuki Sawano

Hey, thanks for shearing what you've found. I was actually also looking where those images came from but couldn't find anything because the quality of those I found were just even worse. Yours are literally 4k compared to that.
By (more or less) "analyzing" the big title on the first page, I came across a website called TuneGate (https://tunegate.me/P20180205002) where you can find everything listed on your first image again but this time it's embedded on the website so you can use Google or Deepl to translate it. But you can find the real treasure, if you scroll down a bit, until you come to this part: Bild_2024-01-28_130655461.png
It turns out that this "Sound Designer" is a magazine form february 2018, featuring exclusive content about Hiroyuki Sawano and how he made the AOT tracks. A few clicks later and I've probably found the highest quality copies of those images we've encountered so far:

These are all screenshots from the sample you can read on amazon. If you want to take a look yourself or even buy it, here is the amazon link: https://www.amazon.co.jp/SOUND-DESIGNER-サウンドデザイナー-2018年2月号-2018-01-09-ebook/dp/B07C7KPR94
Ugh there are like 60 pages of information talking about equalization, compressions, mastering, how sawano builds sounds in omnisphere, choirs, brass, and strings, and for only 5 dollars, I would love to buy it, but I don't know why when I go in to buy it I An error message appears due to region issues :'(((((

You could use a proxy service like Buyee (https://buyee.jp) and let them purchase the item and ship it to you.

nono, it's digital so there's no shipping, they only send you the file by email, I also tried with a VPN from Japan but it doesn't let me either, so sad lol

Anyone else been liking the Solo Leveling OST so far? I really liked one theme from there, sounds very much like classic Sawano, there are actually plenty of covers on youtube already, but anyway here's my mockup:

Nice, maybe I would put more dry close mic and another track with more depth in the room to sound more big the strings, but sound pretty good, what libraries are?

yes, for some reason CSB trombones...mmm..... lacks low frequencies(?)

I noticed that the "low pad" Sawano uses it in several soundtrack as support, I don't know if the one I use is the same, but I really like it
Hello, how did you make that sub bass? I'm very bad at creating synths. I think you guys mentioned it was Place of Pads, right? And if so, how did you do it? is it a preset? It would be a great help actually, thanks
