I believe that the fact that @SONUSCORE responded to this topic speaks a lot of things in a positive way.
It is appropriate, in my opinion, to be kind with them because everyone makes mistakes from time to time.
Additionally, I understand they are possibly a small company with no marketing experts, which is fine.
