Will your post have lyrical legato? That's important! Please clear your calendar for tomorrow. I'm going to announce when I'm going to post what I think of Sonuscore's offer. You definitely don't want to miss this important piece of information.
P.S.: please let me know if I should set up a mailing list, so that I can remind you about my announcement. I'd probably have to put in an all-nighter, but for all you lovely fellow Vi-Control people, I'd be willing to even sacrifice my well-needed beauty sleep.
As long as it has second violins, I am all for it.Will your post have lyrical legato? That's important!
Absolutely agree. Wonder how they announce the next thing that will be REALLY groundbreaking as The Score (you can like it or hate it but it really deserved the hype about it) ?This is so silly. What they’ve effectively done is turn everyone’s expectations and enthusiasm down to practically zero for any further ground breaking/game changing announcements. I don’t understand why anyone would go that. Talk about over-egging the pudding!
Lyrical legato, absolutely. Maybe even lyrical power legato. We'll see. I'm still planning the announcement announcing the post. It's quite a bit of work, as you all can imagine. Will your post have lyrical legato? That's important!
Alas, Aesop I'm not. But thanks for putting the pressure on me.Aesop handled a similar situation in The Boy Who Cried Wolf
The Aesop reference was intended for Sonuscore: over-hyping only to let down the villagers (in this case, the VI-C community)Alas, Aesop I'm not. But thanks for putting the pressure on me.
Oh no. Are you saying that my life-changing announcing the announcement post does not fall into the same timeless-quality category as Aesop? Now I'm both relieved (you can't imagine the pressure I've gone through the last couple of hours trying to come up with a post that matches Aesop's literary greatness) as well as somewhat offended that my announcement announcement got the side-step treatment. The Aesop reference was intended for Sonuscore: over-hyping only to let down the villagers (in this case, the VI-C community)
Sorry for the confusion
I'll be looking for my free unicorn!Hello fellow composers,
some of you have noticed the current marketing campaign about our discounted bundle “Modern Cinematic Textures”. We have chosen a deliberately exaggerated tone on that campaign, which is surely not particularly comprehensible for you as professional composers.
Truth is, for once we wanted to try out a more sensationalist type messaging. This campaign was meant to reach the people who only downloaded our free products so far, but at the same time we didn’t want to withhold this offer from you (since it can only be found through the links in the newsletter emails). Apparently this was a wrong decision on our side, please don’t take it too badly
We will change to emailing only to this special audience from now on, so you should be spared from further emails of this kind.
Of course, soon you will be able to enjoy our next email campaigns: “Composers hate this trick”, “Click here to become a better version of John Williams”, “Download this product and get a unicorn for free”...
Seriously: we're sorry if we've annoyed you here with this clumsy email campaign, but let’s look on the bright side: some of the reactions here are really hilarious – such great ideas: https://vi-control.net/community/threads/whats-sonuscore-up-to-monday.148865/post-5496307
And there is one thing we can promise: there will be some really outstanding new stuff coming from us in the next months!
Best regards,
Sonuscore

When it includes the John Williams pack, I'm all in!Jesus @jazzman7 can you buy SOMETHING from them already?
There is, in fact, a bright side: Because I already have (and enjoy) Time Textures, I can pick up Nordic Spheres for $99. . .but let’s look on the bright side
