If you can wait 9 months for a Sale that means you don't need them or want them now or THEN. Its just my own rule, most likely objective but...when i want and need something? I skip the price thing and i just click buy.

Hi, anyone having Genesis knows the sale price of MSB or MSStrings? It seems that I don’t qualified to get my account under their international website blocker. I mailed to them several times, only have one response on last BF but then they don’t assign any account to me or login to view my purchased product and view my special for another one with price either!

Owning Genesis doesn’t seem to make a difference in price. MSB is the same and I have LASS crossgrade price for MSS (429 for base package, 20 off lol).

my guess if it docent move them its an independent, but if it does it is linked to them

I did a test, my conclusion is : it seems to be like a wet/dry, applied to each mic position, for the amount of stage effect. We can have the close mic stay dry if set to zero for exemple.

Makes sense the stage mics seem to be doing a different job than the mix mics

Yes, but if you wish, you can do the opposite, and apply 100% stage effect to the close mic and 0% to the stage mic , at least that's what I think.

What about the stage, mic far mic and full mix mic what do you think of them, also dry rooms, and room tone

MSS has Dry Tone and Mics?

Yes, close, stage, surround, and a full mix of stage and surround.
I use full mix + close mic set at -5db.
Then you have a stage placement, with possibility to ad room ambiance, and I've just discovered that you can adjust the amount of room ambiance for each of the 4 mic placements

Hello! I don't know if it's the best place to publish it, but Audiobro is on sale (more than usual) for its "Spring Sale".

They don't do as much of a sale as on Black Friday but maybe someone might be interested in buying one of their products.

I hope that it the sign of a near-future release of some big new thing, like ... woodwinds ?

Then they do a 40 to 50% sale that seems to last all year round.

They do increase the discount during the big sales period like BF, which is when I bought their strings

This too, i guess all developers are doing similar deals and sales but i think Audiobro has the longest time span,

If so, how much were they during black friday?
Right now they're at $359 during Spring Sale and I'm considering buying them.

I'm in a similar boat - hoping to pick up MSS and MSB (in anticipation that MSWW will arrive sooner rather than later as I like to stick with one library per project)

EDIT: if I purchase both as a bundle I get an extra 15% off --- hmmmm, decisions...decisions

That is a pretty good price. I got it for $329.00 during BF, which is the lowest price it had been, as far as I recall.

ok i promise i'm not an idiot BUT

how in god's name do you update MSS? I went to the ADC and tried to install latest update and..... it just reinstalls the current version I have (1.2.2)

i only know there's a v 1.3 because i saw a screen shot of the download center (thanks Audiobro /s)
