What's new

New Musio Content Available!

Hey all! There have been a lot of requests for a better way to see what's in the Musio catalog before starting a trial and downloading the app, and I'm excited to share that we now have the Musio catalog available on the web! This is the public Production catalog, so it's exactly what is available in the app now.

Browse among the included Collections and see the Instruments each contains, and even hear the Previews for these instruments -- this is the same functionality you have in the Musio app when looking for instruments to load into the rack, and you can always see what's in the catalog and hear Previews even if your trial has expired or your membership has lapsed. (If your membership is inactive, you won't be able to load instruments into the Rack. You don't need to maintain a membership to sell/license/monetize the music you create with Musio, even if you just use the free trial.)

The Musio catalog will continue to grow and expand indefinitely, as well as new features being added to the app (Multi Output Support is here!) on a regular basis. This journey is still just beginning, so be sure to check back regularly and watch for announcements about what's new!

Any news about Industry Brass for Kontakt?
It's well underway! Industry Brass will eventually have multiple Kontakt offerings the way the CineBrass line does, as there is still a lot of content left to build for this Collection in Musio (solo instruments, extended range instruments, and more). As always, no dates, especially as we get into the busiest season of the year for both us and NI, but there's a lot of progress being made on a lot of fronts!

Sounds good, thanks!

Today's a big day for the Musio team -- we have just published a new update for the Musio app, v1.0.16, which now includes Filter and ADSR envelope controls! If you are currently using Musio (or running a free trial) you can update to the latest version via Musio Connect or the User Portal. Check out the Jupiter-6 and OBXa instruments from the Vintage Synth Museum, sound design content from Collision Impact Designer, and other patches that use these new controls and let us know what you think!

If you're on the fence about starting a free trial, check out the catalog and see what's included!

Very excited to announce we have now added instruments from Artist Series: Apocalyptica to the catalog in Musio! If you're on a free trial or subscription, go to Musio Connect and click Tools - Catalog - Update Catalog to refresh to the latest version, and you'll see the Apocalyptica collection appear in the Musio window.

Can't wait for you to try it out and hear what you create with it! We've got tons of exciting things planned for Musio in the coming year, stay tuned for more updates :)

Is Drums In Blue - Essential Jazz Drums new? I have only just noticed it. Sounds really cool with separate patches for sticks and brushes. i love the way Musio keeps growing.
