Mike, I'll rephrase what Tawnia communicated to you, and I saw it in multiple communications you've had with her that conveyed this point. Tawnia is trying to tell you -- and its the same thing that I've been trying to tell you -- "please stop leveraging Cory in your attacks on 8Dio." You've already been told about it, but Tawnia and Cory actually have a history of pretty deep and caring communications, but there is issues they've had that Cory isn't comfortable discussing with me, but I strongly suspect it's the puppet account stuff from 8 yrs ago that led to the video he made on 8Dio. But they're actually really have a pretty close personal relationship.

I wouuld guess that you've levereage Cory in at least 2 dozen posts attacking 8Dio. You do a post because someone creted a sale thread and you acuse the person of being a shill for 8Dio and an angry rant how 8Dio are leading a "race to the bottom" for their deep discouted sales and then you're dropping F bombs about them and bam, there iit is, now he put in the Cory reference. How you're protecting him.
The timeline is clear. In Sept 2022, Tawnia (CEO, 8Dio for you kids following along), pulled her company's subscription. I read about it from your post in Sarah's 8Dio attack thread. From your post, one would think she's a superb*tch from hell shoving her LGBTQ agenda down your throat. Now granted, when you wrote that, it was obvious that was the root of a lot of your venom towards Tawnia. It's been a while, but I believe that you used the word threatened when talking about that. And I know have some personal experience with you using that term less than accurately about people. I believe you stated that she threatned to get other developers to leave VI Control until you stoopped censoring the LGBTQ community with regards to censoring conversations about Chrirtian Henson's anti-trans tweet. Candidly, when I read her email, that you had described as threatening, I was completely unprepared. I lost a friend not to long ago who came out as bi and most of her family had adbandoned her. She was dying of cancer at the time and just wanted to not be afraid of sharing who she is. A few months before she passed her 22 yr old son was killed in a motorcyle accident and her intolerant family members still didn't change. Anyhow, so I cannot share what Tawnia wrote in that PM with Mike. But it wasn't the words of a hateful far-left b*tch. It was the words of someone with a beloved family member who is trans and two employees who are trans. It really got to me how you misprepsented that, @Mike Greene. I thought you were cold and cruel, and I've seen that side of you more than once, it's not the amiable character you portray on the forum when it's not 8Dio. And yes, I did see that Tawnia wrote something like your being despicable which was harsh. But I didn't see that as the words of a someone with a political agenda. Those were the words of someone who fericely stood by those she loved and it did move me to tears, as my wife can confirm. I realize there are sorts of squabbles that I don't know about. But I do believe that it was that event that really started your rage against Tawnia. And I wish you could find a way to let it go or work through it without tearing people down.
@Sarah Mancuso Witnessed a thread where I shared a bad experience with a sample developer I had been praising for years, all rooted in the developer never responding to a single customer support request when I put 4 in over 11 months. I was bullied, called a liar, called mentally ill, called all sorts of things I don't want to repeat all because the developer was furious at me for telloing my story. And he used some long time pals of his -- friends of yours, Mike-- namely one serial bully who has been banned several times under the previous forum owner. It was a bad experience and Mike refused to stop it even though he knew I was being libeled textbook stuff and Mike would face the liability. I begged Mike to delete the thread. He was incredibly sadistic. Though he knew I was being lied about, he was pissed at me for doing a thread about a developer her that was unfavorable and wanted me to pay for it. Sarah say that thread and believed it and she started following me around the forum and made a really hostile post at me. It's happened to me at Cakewalk forum as recently as a few months ago where someone lashed out at me saying that I was the "liar" and sleazebag from that VI Control thread who should be sued. Um, spoiler: I have a good amount of accolades as a writer, if I was going become a liar, I'd have a much more compelling story than the one I had. So, it blew my mind when I was talking to Tawnia and told her about Sarah bullying me yet still having enough empathy to really be bothered by the way Mike is exploiting her for his vendetta against 8Dio and Tawnia agreed and said she reached out to Sarah but she never responded. I might be wrong, but I thought Tawnia told me that you and her had never actually communicated beyond that one PM she sent to you. If that's true, it blows my mind.
Anyhow, Sarah, before you and I met, what I told Tawnia and why I believed and still believe Mike was wrong to exploit you was this. Even after your falling out with 8Dio, Troels had told me (he haven't spoken in 15 yrs, but had several PMs the day I saw your thread and told him about it.FTR, I had nothing to do with his posts and I haven't communicated with him in any manner since then. Just Tawnia. I'm a businssperson. You already know I'm an empath. So, I looked at Mike egging you on as absolutely expoloting you for his vendetta against 8Dio. Because while you might have thought to yourself, no way, Mike is my friend, my ally. I really don't buy that. No friend would allow you to destroy your reputation like that and I'm telling you that out of respect for you. Even when we weren't friends, I looked at you with enough empathy to have a heart. Mike enjoys really destructive, sadistic behavior -- he relished it in on the thread where I was being bullied. That 8Dio hate thread was relally Mike's thread, not yours. And his venom for 8Dio was so important to him that he didn't care that other developers saw that and will see that and would never hire you because of it. If Mike was a true friend, he would never do that to you. I couldn't do that to you when you were trolling me.
I realize that you guys think that this is a war and Mike is on the good team and Tawnia and 8Dio are theh bad guys, but I've seen both sides, and that's just not reality.
