Apple offers reward for musicians to use high-end audio format?!

Yeah, I don’t mix for the least common denominator. I make a surround mix and stereo mix and make sure the stereo mix sounds good on my phone speaker.

But I also want people who appreciate high quality to enjoy the song. And most importantly, I want my mixes to sound good to me. And I happen to love Dolby Atmos.

Unfortunately I still have no clue how to get an Atmos mix onto Apple Music Classical.
