4.4 isn't far ahead, but it won't be before Christmas, unfortunately.

I avoid updates before holidays or weekends. It's less than ideal with increased support demand in a time of reduced work hours, both for us and the users. If we can afford to make that choice, I think it's sensible.

For the next update of NPPE 4.5: what applications are planned to be improved or added for Musio, Spitfire, Hoopus and Nucleus?
What would also be interesting would be to add the possibility of codifying lyrics at the choir level (FLuffy audio or Hoopus or in Musio by adding Voces8)...

As far as I'm aware, we already support all the sounds that we can in those libraries. The idea is for engines to be complete on release, unless there are core engine improvements for NP4.

It would be great to support lyrics if that was technically feasible. The reason we added free choir updates with NP 4.4 is the massive development gap for anything beyond ah/oh. We don’t receive lyrics from the notation program and can’t save manual lyrics in the VST.

2023 was also very development intense. Having largely solved the childhood problems of the playback-engine technology, while supporting the lowest-hanging fruits in terms of libraries, we have a broader business focus for 2024. Updates won’t be released at the same pace.
