Her Sweet vocal mode is really surprising, it turns her into a completely different person, it's voice acted like a lot of Japanese anime singers, really pitched up, I guess it could be used in English to give particular emphasis to some sections.
From what I've gathered her English is better than expected, certainly less accented than older Japanese vocals, but the accent is still there, so it can be a dealbreaker.

Great! I sent a you a file, no rush. Mostly, I want to make sure that vocally she's sufficiently different from what I've already got. Natalie is probably my favorite vocalist, by far.

Yeah, that "Sweet" mode is... something else, all right.

By the way, if you've got problems with cross-lingual t (or the vowel that follows), substituting a short ch will not only give you an acceptable t, but it can change the articulation of the vowel that follows.

I got a file from raidergate, so I guess I should post the response here.

Ayame has a nice voice, but with enough tweaking I could probably get one of my existing voices in the ballpark. This is especially true since Anri Arcane was just released and I got a free update.

Plus, she's got enough of an accent and nasality that she wouldn't be my first pick.

So I'm saving my money... for now. YMMV.
