The most?
I'd take Massive X over any of the 8 synths I own(ed) or demoed from that list and many others. Main reason: at the end of the day many of the sounds I get out of Mx sound more 'alive' to my ears, sometimes downright 'organic' like they came out of some strange contraption.
Apart from that I really like the selection of WTs, WT modes and filters, the routing options (phase mod w. any other generator, FB loops, ...), voice options, excellent FX (those reverbs!) and not at last enjoy working with that GUI.
Bottom line: I spent quite some time to systematically explore all the features and many of the presets (about 2000, work in progress, lol) but the more I dig into it the more I like that synth ... YMMV.

Knifonium is a real monster in the best way possible, I always recommend it to people
Yeah, I naively added three instances to my project and one of my VEPro slaves nearly coughed up a lung during playback. Had no idea how much of a CPU hog it is. But pfff, does it sound good! :faint: :dancer:

Agreed on that, it even brings my M1 Ultra Mac Studio to its knees, but what you get out of it is well worth the hassle

Varies a lot, depending on what kind of music I'm working on. At the minute I'm enjoying getting to know Plasmonic and Generate.

Well, there goes this weeks lunch money. Stale crackers it is, then.
I just got Instability and set up a patch in 4.1 with an ungodly amount of Blackhole, let it ping-pong around the room;

I also think I now need a 4th slave PC just for this. That means I'm sleeping on the couch for a while. 🤦‍♂️ 🤷‍♂️:barefoot:

Forgot to add, one of the oldies, Sytrus. Lately I'm using it to add texture, and it makes for some amazing pads and rythms, too.

Oldie but Goldie: I use reFX Vanguard quite a bit. It is so easy to program. Quick and simple and it has teeth.

Knifonium is great too, but I would love to see more presets and a modern (not realistic/retro) interface that is easier to read and faster to grasp.
