Kontakt 7 Flickers

kontakt flickers sometimes if I have the laptop open. I closed it, and it went away. On m1 MacBook Pro with Sonoma.

Maybe @EvilDragon has heard of this (?)

sorry to revive this thread. I experienced GUI distortion similar to what described on 2 computers. Just want to make sure, this is what people are talking abut. It (Kontakt GUI) starts sharp, but under load (pressing buttons) it becomes suddenly distorted for some seconds, then goes back to normal.

If this is a known issue, it's strange they didn't address it in several months...

P.S. I was trying to record screen, but after I watched it, it seems normal., it seems some kind of overlay thing.

I think the issue is not on NI end, it's something between Qt UI framework and Apple, so it is unfortunately out of NI's hands, at least to my knowledge.

One had Nvidia GeForce GPU, the other Intel Iris.

Yes, I don't know this is specifically a Mac/QT issue as it happens on my non-QuickTime Windows 10 install. K6 works absolutely fine, K7 - the darker background flickers which is distracting and headache inducing after a short period. I use K6 wherever possible as a result.

im on mac pro rubbish bin + monterey and mac book pro intel + ventura with kontakt 7.7.2 .have not seen any flicker on any version of K6 or 7
