I indeed despised Stroingenberg for the opposite, they insisted on sending me everything in Spanish, and damn it looks weird and stupid some idioms translations. There is a way to communicate with someone of steingberg? I don’t want to buy with my regional distributor i want to buy it online in the store, and there is no support, i open a chat online for usa support just to do basic questions like there is competitive crossgrade discount for educative license for nuendo too? Because cubase say it has.
And they totally refuse to talk with me just because i’m not american. Could imagine an employee who refuse to give service because you are not from the same country? What a jerk.
Thanks, but no i don’t i see some crossgrade from live suite in the official website but i don’t have any steingberg product. I just want to know which would be the best way to buy nuendo and if nuendo educative when say that not for commercial used means what exactly. Because if i for example want to upload a song to youtube, what is the limitation exactly? If i compose in nuendo and mix in avid i could do? Or every track that is exported from cubase can’t be upload anywhere, how could they even know if i used nuendo or another dawI indeed despised Stroingenberg for the opposite, they insisted on sending me everything in Spanish, and damn it looks weird and stupid some idioms translations.
But anyway, lemme help you somehow. Do you have any version of Cubase now? Even the LE. If you do, your upgrade path is already there, you need first to login then chose buy now (Cubase) and next steps will give you the crossgrade options, with price and elegibility.
Now don't fret in the competitive crossgrade, that one you need proof of purchase of another daw in its "pro" or full version.
And such competitive crossgrades are also sold by BestService for instance and usually cheaper than directly with them.
So it's a patience game, whenever Sprenborger announes an upgrade sale, you first check stores to get it. I mean, for competitive crossgrade you don't even need to have first an account at Speinterg.
Wait for launch and lurk for prices on 3rd party stores.
Open a new post with this specific question and ppl who know will help you since I just don't use these apps. In terms of YouTube copyright and stuff, don't worry about that at all but check the rest with people who use that. And see if Nuendo or Cubase is better for you. Thanks, but no i don’t i see some crossgrade from live suite in the official website but i don’t have any steingberg product. Are you a beta tester or something?I of course can say no more..
To me this sounds like a free-for-everyone version of Cubase, a la Pro Tools First or Dorico SE.You're right! I went to the URL and it's real:
Try Cubase 13 free for 60 days
Sign up for free to try all music production features of Cubase.www.steinberg.net
It says "Cubase 13 is finally here. If you'd like to take the new version for a test spin, you'll have to wait a little longer: the free Cubase 13 version will be released soon."
I wonder how long soon is...
Any clues on Expression maps?I would have to be either a hacker, a beta tester or a SB employee.
I am neither a hacker nor an SB employee.

I noticed the last line below Try Cubase now for 60 days says "Subscribe now and let Cubase guide you on your music production journey." Does this mean SB is adopting a subscription model?
I don't think so, they've said a million times they are not introducing subscription models. It is probably referring to a newsletter or something. I wouldn't read too much into it.I noticed the last line below Try Cubase now for 60 days says "Subscribe now and let Cubase guide you on your music production journey." Maybe the mailing list? I think that's been a requirement with past trials.I noticed the last line below Try Cubase now for 60 days says "Subscribe now and let Cubase guide you on your music production journey." Does this mean SB is adopting a subscription model?
Fingers crossed...I don't think so, they've said a million times they are not introducing subscription models. It is probably referring to a newsletter or something. I wouldn't read too much into it.
