Beautifully modelled, with fine purfling, very neat arching and a gorgeous scroll, this attractive violin is of fine workmanship throughout. Hard to fault, cut from best-quality figured maple, with very fine, straight spruce of medium, even grain for the belly. |

Tonally versatile, focused and strong with exceptional balance, it's voice is easily-produced...strong enough for solo work and very rewarding. The deep golden oil varnish, over a paler ground, is supple, and very pleasing to the eye. If it takes your fancy, this fiddle is available for any trial, regardless of distance...interesting part exchange offers always welcome.
