Quality Middle Eastern Instrument Makers.

Hi All,

For purposes of playing, and likely sampling (once decent enough)
Can anyone direct me to some quality middle eastern instrument makers?

Prefer direct contacts - ie. the makers email/number as sites like:

*arabinstruments.com
*sonsdelorient
*larkinthemorning

Just seem to sell "whatever", for example - the arabinstruments mijwiz has pretty average reviews.

I've purchased a few ney flutes from ethnicmusical.com and they've been excellent. Super fast and free shipping, well packaged, lots of communication. I'm thinking of getting a saz from them next.

In the interim- i contacted a middle eastern wedding band - and they have mentioned they can get professional level instruments, which made my day last week. I suggest if you are in the same boat to contact performing bands - they'll give you the lowdown
