Does a plugin like this exist? Like Gullfoss, but with custom curve.

I'm looking for a plugin that basically works like Gullfoss (Live), but instead of real-time matching against a predetermined (pink noise?) curve, you can set the curve yourself (even better if you can load in a reference as a starting point).

Does something like this exist?

Are they capable of 'real-time eq'ing', like Gullfoss (I'm not sure what the proper term is)? From a first look they look more like static eqs, but I only glanced over it so far.

Wavesfactory Equalizer.

Oeksound (Soothe2) is developing something similar as well:

You can enable real-time eq-ing, even how much the incoming signal will impact the overall curve, or you can just stick with static processing. smart EQ4 is absolutely great imo! I also use Gullfoss, but smart EQ4 offers way more at this point. It's almost like Pro Q3 and Gullfoss in one plugin.

Thanks everyone! I will check out Smart EQ4 and Equalizer, and keep an eye out for the new Oeksound plugin.

Baby Audio Smooth Operator has that kind of control. It is very powerful, so a bit of understanding of EQ would be useful. You could argue it is not as "smart" (read; automatic) as the others, though. But once you learn it, I think it's the best of the bunch of the smart EQ's.

Voxengo TEOTE. You can't hand-draw a curve, but you can manipulate a variety of parameters to tailor its response behavior to your needs.

PS - I have no idea how to use this - I just stick to the presets . A great secret weapon for the 40 bucks I paid.... so much potential... I just have to learn how to use it :emoji_stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I thought soothe 2 can already do similar things? Sure it's rather against resonant frequencies but it can smoothen the whole frequency spectrum in a very nice way too. There are some "master bus" presets which I am using this way - gullfoss always puts things in a sort of "plastic-sounding-way" IMHO although I am sure it's more a taste thing than an objective impression.
