8Dio's Requiem Pro GUI issue in Kontakt 7

Hi everyone! I am having issues with 8dio's Requiem Pro interface when loading an instrument. It looks like in the screenshot below. I am running it in Kontakt 7, but also having the same issue in Kontakt 6. I never had his issue in the past. Anyone experienced the same issue and knows how to solve it?

Yesterday I opened a Template with 8W (Majestica Ultra) and one of the instruments was looking like this too, I had to delete the track and load a new Kontakt instance and add the instrument and solved. are you doing it on a DAW or standalone? Not using VEP right?

Try this: Open the Standalone and batch / resave the library. Also if you haven't, add it to the K7 library rather than opening from a browser. Click the cogwheel and Add

You have Icons for the 8dio libraries..did you do them yourself, or is there a place to download them from?
 
Some of the older 8dio libraries have image files in the Kontakt folder itself. Since Kontakt 7 is a different app, you need to copy the image files from Kontakt 6 into Kontakt 7.
 
It would sure be nice if you somehow could tag/filter nonplayer libraries with vendor.
 
I had a the same exact issue with Claire Oboe. It was OK in Kontakt 5, bad in K6 (no K7 at the time). It was the only Claire instrument in the series with THIS problem in the GUI. Resaving in K5 or K6 did not solve the problem. Finally Support sent me a working copy of the .nki file that worked perfectly in K6 (and perhaps also K5).

Perhaps it has to do with some of the "resource" files located in a path with different name, this worked OK in K5, not in K6, but does not happen to everybody. Everything should be correct in my folders... but for some reason the GUI did not work, same as yours.

In support they somehow denied any problem... but they actually FIXED it. No longer a problem. Perhaps this could be the shortest path to fix it. If you want you can use my username as a reference when you contact them, it is the same here and in 8Dio.
