Transfer Ableton 11 Project to Cubase 12

The short version is that you can't. The only option is to export all tracks as audio files (or stems), then export any instrument parts you might want to remake in Cubase as MIDI, and save all instrument and or fx settings as presets. Basically you either have to rebuild everything from MIDI and presets, work from audio, or a combination of both.
I'm sure it's not the answer you're after, but that's the reality of working with any DAW... The closest version of an open format is AAF or OMF, but those don't store plugin presets/settings, only audio edits, and maybe some basic settings like mixer levels, or automation... Even then those formats rarely transfer all settings, and Live doesn't handle AAF or OMF...
