I've just found this podcast on YouTube called Play Watch Listen on the @Charalanahzard channel. Audio only version at:

The tone is expansive and a little chatty, so it isn't very focused; but there are a lot of tidbits to pick up about the business.
This episode has two composers, one of whom has worked with writer/director Mike Flanagan (Gerald's Game, Doctor Sleep, Fall of the House of Usher). It looks like the focus is generally on video game development in this podcast; but that should mean some other composers turn up on it. This episode is focused more on film and TV/streaming. Also a guest on this episode is actor Rahul Kohli who also works regularly with Mike Flanagan.
I'm a fan of the sound design in Flanagan's work, and music is used effectively throughout. So, it wasn't a surprise that he has a background in editing and is also a musician himself.
