Double check the list of products you own. You may have Tonex CS which is free, and I believe that’s enough to qualify for Tonex Max to be considered an “upgrade.”

If you have any other paid product registered you qualify for the upgrade, and the system will automatically show that to you. You will still have access to the same gear and functionality in TONEX MAX.

TONEX CS (the free version) is the demo for TONEX. You can download up to 20 User Tone Models and it comes with an assortment of Premium Tone Models for you to use to get an idea about how TONEX works and sounds.

you can check the demo here i believe. TX CS. Its quite good. I recently started using it. I dont capture anything. I just play the captures.

And to clarify, note that you get 20 total downloads of User Tone Models from ToneNET, and after 20 you are unable to download more. It is not a "rotating" 20 downloads, even if you delete any of your initial 20. Thank you.
