I don't want to sound like a jerk but even at 80% I found 701 to be way too overpriced and the content way too basic. For example, the Groove3's Orchestral Library Toolbox covers a similar content as the Complete Course at a fraction of the cost. And with the All-Access Pass you get access to everything. Ask Video also has similar content that is a fraction of the cost. But, good luck.

Did you take this course? Was looking for reviews.

No, I only looked at the course content. At that price, the whole course should have been offered. 701 is a little over 5 hours on just basic stuff like hardware setup, software setup, template walkthrough, and samples vs. synths. You can get more knowledge on just YouTube alone. I wasn't impressed with the rest of the modules either.

Thank you Soniq. I thought it was for the whole course too. The advertisement is a bit misleading by giving a false impression about what you get for what you pay.

Actually, the course is about creating realistic MIDI mockups, I'm sure most people who take it are already familiar with setting up templates etc. It's called a Masterclass for a reason. Well worth the money I spent on it.

The main tutorials about the realistic mockup seem to be in 703 not in 701. The unit 701 is mostly about basic stuff as Soniq noted. So, midi realism does not appear to be on sale.

Not at all. You can’t achieve realism, at least with my approach, without a well balanced template (unit 702) or knowledge of when and how to use samples and synths (unit 701) for example.
Everything was structured to flow you to the mindset and workflow that I created to achieve such result.
I guarantee that if you follow my method you will reap great results.

Dear Leogardini,

Can we get the 703 for the same price? If not, would you please give us a quote for 702 and 703 separately and for the whole pack (three units)? Thanks

We have been thinking of selling the parts separately but this is not a good idea. For most advanced midi orchestrators 701 and 702 seems to be something they already know but this is not the case.
What I teach in Scoring Tools Masterclass is not generic techniques of midi orchestration but instead my own philosophy and approach to it. Having said that, you will only be able to get the full scope and benefit of the idea is you study it thoroughly.
The investment for units 701, 702 and 703 are respectively $550, $620 and $690. However a substantial discount will the offered for those who take advantage of the Valentine's Day promotion.
Typically people are investing much more in libraries and equipment that are not capable of making them better composers. What I offer is way beyond midi techniques because the idea is to improve you as a composer and not your equipment.

The price seems extraordinarily high - especially as Thinkspace just announced a course that is the same thing for $150.

To the creator, it would be helpful for prospective customers to have one or two preview lessons so we can get a better sense of what is being taught and the teaching style.
You have the 14-day money back guarantee where you can check the first two lessons plus bonuses.
Free samples lessons are coming but not in the following days.

I am not going into comparison with other courses because I don't think it is possible. Scoring Tools MasterClass is far from being the same thing as what the other schools are offering.
However, if you think the other schools will teach you, for just few bucks, how to sound like, or even better than what is shown in the trailer of Scoring Tools MasterClass go ahead and buy their courses then.
