Introducing: Synth Vault - a FREE monthly preset club

Hey all!

Today I'm proud to have launched Synth Vault - a free monthly preset club. With presets available for a range of software synths, members will gain access to the vault where they’ll find 20 brand new presets every month - for completely free! Presets will be available for Spectrasonics Omnisphere and Arturia Pigments, as well as a different U-he synth each month. The Vault will also include presets for a different Wildcard synth each month, with presets planned for a range of free and paid software synths including Pendulate, Vital and Knifonium. On top of this, members will have access to new sound design tutorials each month to help with creating their own presets. With Synth Vault, my aim is to provide members with an endless source of inspiration to get their creativity flowing and keep creating music.

Have you ever considered making presets for Thorn?

Haha no need to be spooked, honest! I just wanted to do something that was even more accessible to a wider audience, and to give something back to the people who've given a lot to me! Got plenty more paid soundbanks in the pipeline for this year too :)

It's my pleasure! I have indeed, and while I probably won't be doing a full soundbank for it any time soon, that was one of the reasons I decided to have a "wildcard" in the Vault - it gives me a chance to create some presets for a synth that I might not be able to otherwise!
 
Hi all - the free presets for August are now live at http://synthvault.net! As always, there's 5 Arturia Pigments presets and 5 Omnisphere presets, as well as 5 presets for U-he Diva and 5 presets for Vital. The Vital presets work with all versions of the synth - even the free one!

The vault idea has been excellent Tom! Lots of great content in there and also a lot of educational videos on the creation of the individual presets.
 
Being the unabashed cheapskate I am, I only own the NI synths. So, I had a listened to the Massive X demo and the presets sound like they could be quite useful for my needs. (More so than the Reaktor patches).

Plus, the price is right. :)

Thats good to hear! I enjoy working with Massive X, but sadly there doesn’t seem to be much of an audience for presets for it yet 🙁

The video tutorials that you are doing for these presets I really find helpful and provide an enlightening view into the entire process.

All Synth Vault presets are 100% unique to the Vault! The only exception is when I add a sampler of one of my soundbanks, like this month it also contains 5 extra presets from my new Astralis soundbank for Omnisphere 🙂
