I'd assume MPE controls (particularly Timbre/Y axis and Pressure/Aftertouch) aren't already set up? Sounds nice but I'll pass for now if so.

You are right. None so far are setup with mpe in mind.

On the other hand you do have ModW, Ctrl A and Ctrl B setup on all presets and the default CC# for Ctrl A and B can be changed to your preference so color and morphing would be available from a mpe perspective.
It'll take you so far.

There's no poly aftertouch assigned so I guess that dimension will be missed.
Shouldn't take to long. I'll think about that.

What control or parameter would you want for poly aftertouch? (if you have a preference)
