How do I write up a receipt (don't have a website yet) for selling music licenses for tracks

Lets say I have someone interested in a track I wrote called "The Golden Pony" and they buy a non-exclusive license to use that track for personal use. They paid via Venmo but how would I write a receipt, what do I say exactly? Also do I give them like a license contract via email (basic layman 1 page on how track can be used and not used)? The music is not custom. Just a track they heard and liked that I previously wrote.


Please let me know. Transaction will be under $200. I freelance. I'm not with a music library.
