@Mike Greene You should replace VI-C with a static page that says "GO MAKE MUSIC", for at least 6 hours a day.

Perhaps it should be at the top of every hour for 15 minutes, except then you have everyone logging in at minute 16!

yeah, a downtime-after compositions thread.
Maybe we could work out a system where you have to upload an mp3 every hour to prove you've made progress since the last hour's mp3.
For a hobbyist like me, I think a planned downtime day/ 6 hours whatever, and then a thread to post what music we all came up with, would be a fun idea.DON'T TEMPT ME!

I actually didn't have my favorite way to pass time while being "on duty" at the music library I work in. It was tough, outlining inner voicings, studying scores, instead of lazily browsing here :-D
