Hi everyone,
I'm glad the forum was restored but it came to my attention that we have a lot of posts missing. Someone brought to it my attention and asked why I deleted the posts. Truth is, I didn't. There's nothing going on and nothing personal in this at all.
This morning, we had a denial of service attack which we recovered from only to have our main hard drive on the server hosting our forum completely fail. Luckily we had a back up - we have the techs back up the forum every 24 hours. The problem is that we lost about 14 hours of posts in the process since the scheduled backup for today was missed due to the denial of service attack compounded with the hard drive failure.
So the forum was down almost 3 hours today while they replaced the hard drive and restored the back up to it. Unfortunately we completely lost about 14 hours of the forum. I'll post this to the main forum because I'm sure everyone is wondering too! If your post was lost, we sincerely apologize. It was not personal at all.
