With most of our products, you can see what version you have when you first load the instrument. (Or by clicking the "!" Exclamation Point button in the upper right of the Kontakt interface.) Version number and serial number will appear for 10 or 20 seconds, then disappear.

If I buy the current version will I be able to get the update when it comes out,hopefully soon.I have the full version of Kontakt,latest version.Very impressed with the proposed fixes you are working on.Just want to be sure I am not stuck with an old version that I can`t upgrade,although I kinda get the feeling that`s not how you operate.On your explanation of why Blue can`t do bebop,phrasing too slow,I was thinking that I could open up another track with the plugin making up the words she could not get to,which would especially be useful in scat singing like Jon Hendricks style.Think that could work?Ready to order after you get back to me.

Blue will indeed be upgradeable. Possibly free to people who buy in 2021, but if not, it's won't be very expensive and will likely just be whatever the price difference is.

With that said, although we fully intend to release the Blue update soon ... embarrassingly, I've been saying that for years. I really do think it will be out by the end of the year, but ... best laid plans and all that...

Regarding whether your ideas will work, note that we have a 30 day full refund policy on all our products. (Truth be told, we're not even strict about the 30 days part. ;) ) So give it a try and if it doesn't do what you'd hoped, get your money back. We want zero unhappy customers.

Building a new PC, want to download all instruments from scratch, and re authorize.

Doesn’t seem to be a contact/email to request new links.
My purchases show up but should I contact via email for links after new build is complete?
