The website requires an account to purchase or to contact them. Nowhere do I see a place to register an account. Login, yes. Register a new account, no. Their contact also requires an account name. Their Facebook messenger kicks back an auto reply which says they don't monitor that DM box. Wtf? As much as I kind of like a couple of their libraries, I'm kind of turned off by all this, and I've never seen it so difficult to make anything happen. The Pulse app doesn't reflect their BF sale prices, so that's no use either. Anyone have insight?
