(Solved) Can't use most of the instruments

Hi guys,

I tried to find the answer to my problem online - no luck yet. And I can't submit my request to the Musio support - I get an error message. Hopefully someone can help me here maybe?

I'm a bit confused, that I can't use most of the instruments in Musio - they aren't available for load or download. Some of the instruments are available though, like CinePerc Aux, Vision, Vintage Drum Machine, Village Mallets, some patches from Men of the North and a couple of other instruments... I remember Voxos was available for me some time ago, but not now anymore.
My license is valid till August. I've clicked Upgrade catalog and instruments in the settings, but still...

Maybe someone has an idea, what can be the problem? I will be very thankful!

Oops, after I posted the thread, I found the solution!
I managed to find the available upgrade for Musio, that solved the problem. I thought before that my Musio was already upgraded automatically.
All the instruments are available now, yay!

Sorry for bothering. I don't know how to delete or close the thread.
