Suggestion to add *.opus to the allowed upload file extensions

I was surprised to find out that opus files cannot be uploaded. Since every browser should support the Opus codec by now (Chrome, Edge and Firefox do; YouTube has been using opus as audio codec for years now), it would be nice if I didn’t need to convert opus files to mp3 first. Opus is a superior codec, with regard to licensing and compression rate / quality.
Would such a change be possible? I’ve attached a simple test file inside a zip if it helps.

Safari doesn't support opus last time I checked

Edit: Actually I might be thinking of vorbis.

Good idea, I haven’t thought of that. Though it uses up too much screen estate, presumably because it’s expecting a video that isn’t there.

OK, I just checked, according to https://caniuse.com/?search=vorbis and https://caniuse.com/?search=opus, Safari supports both only partially. What a shame.
