Hi John,

I'm not a professional musician but greatly enjoyed the interview. Love your comments about team dynamics and the Japanese mindset in correcting the course to adjust and aim for a different direction. This respectful (courteous) personal attitude that favors creativity rather than stifle it and shut the door.

A lot of the music stuff was over my head but it's always good to hear people talk about what they know...
