Scores not loading when Bluetooth Device connected

Has anyone had this problem? I wanted to try out the bluetooth midi functionality and connected my Roland FP-10 to a Surface GO 3. Whenever the keyboard is connected to the Surface, though, Staffpad wont load any scores when I click on them. I just get an infinite "Loading Score" spinner. Disconnecting the keyboard makes it possible to load scores again. Does somebody have any idea of what could be going wrong? Alternatively some tips for debugging this? Are there logs somewhere perhaps?

I had a very similar issue a while back. Staffpad started up fine, but got stuck indefinitely loading scores. I managed to "solve" this by wiping my computer and doing a fresh OS install (I only use my Surface Pro for composing, and everything was backed up).

Your observation may explain why-- I have a Kawai digital piano that was connected via bluetooth at the time. I haven't reconnected the piano via bluetooth midi since, and have had no issues.

I would email Staffpad support about it, if you haven't already. It might give them the clues they need to trace the root cause of the issue.

In the meanwhile, I have had success plugging in my piano directly using a USB A to C adapter. The cables sort of are a nuisance, but it's worth being able to load my scores. ;)
