Hey! Here's a piece I just finished polishing, written during the last two weeks, following the making of my Ned Rorem mockup I posted a few weeks ago. It isn't tied to any imagery or narrative, I just followed my inspiration of the moment, trying to just make music for music's sake, hence the title. And... finding titles for non-programmatic music is HARD.

I did some experiments with the video - my first time putting out something like this so I'm still unsure what type of visual I'm going for. I ended up making two versions - the audio is identical.

Congrats!

First time I hear about PeerTube. It's unfortunate that it's not possible to like a video without an account, and that it's not obvious how to open an account or whether to open own PeerTube platform or use another one.

Yeah, Peertube and the whole fediverse thing is still kind of an opaque thing to get into and not even close to user-friendly yet, I agree - but hey, I've got your "like" right here, and that's fine with me :) - and the satisfaction of knowing that the hard drive spinning sounds I'm hearing right now coming from my server is caused by people streaming a video I'm hosting myself is quite something!

Sounds good! congratulation

And enjoy I did. Pretty sophisticated writing for just plunking it into the daw. The harmonic vocabulary is right down my alley. Bravo! I'm actually going to listen again now.
