Can anyone recommend a good online private tutor for teaching string arranging?

I recommend Norman Ludwin. I’ve been taking one-on-one lessons with him and he’s excellent.

And as far as your request for string arranging specifically, he’s a string player, so he knows that section like the back of his hand!

Also, Mattia Chiappa seems to be very good (with excellent taste in eyeglass frames, to boot).
