Thanks to anyone who was considering helping me out with this issue, but as it turns out, WaveMapper 2 is probably a loss. I did manage to find my installer pack; It contained this ReadMe file:

Thank you for purchasing the PPG WaveMapper 2 Synthesizer. Below you find additional important information.
You need to have administrator rights to install and authorize PPG WaveMapper 2. If your current user account doesn't have administrator rights, please quit the installer, log in as administrator and start the installer again.
PPG WaveMapper 2 is copy-protected. You need a working internet connection when asked for the activation code. After checking the validity of your code, PPG WaveMapper 2 is authorized to run on this particular computer.
Location of the Factory Sounds
On Mac OS X, VST and Audio Unit presets are always installed into the default folder recommended by Apple. This is:
/Library/Audio/Presets/PPG/WaveMapper2/
On Windows, VST presets are installed into the current user's Documents folder. This is:
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\PPG\WaveMapper2Sounds
Location of the Documentation
On Mac OS X, the documentation is always installed into the default folder recommended by Apple. This is:
/Library/Documentation/PPG/WaveMapper2/
On Windows, a link to the documentation is put into the start menu. If you don't allow start menu generation in the installer, the documentation can be found at the following location:
%ProgramFiles%\PPG\WaveMapper2

So, if I'm reading this correctly, there is no way to install WaveMapper 2 on a new computer as Mr. Palm's server is down. I might just take a shot at installing it anyway on the off chance that he left some sort of contingency for those of us with new computers (especially once he realized that Brainworx was sandbagging his work,) but I'm none too hopeful.
