Musio 1 Keeps Crashing

Hey guys,
I bought the Musio 1 lifetime deal a couple weeks back, and while I think it is indeed an amazing deal - it just keeps crashing. If it's the first time I'm working on a project, and I load a new instance of Musio, all good. If I load 20 instances, still good!

BUT - upon reopening a session with Musio instances (even one) it crashes FL Studio.

I keep getting an "access violation error" which from my limited understanding could mean anything. I've tried the numerous suggested fixes from articles relating to access violation errors in general, and nothing.

I updated FL and Musio to the latest builds, nada. I provided crashlogs to Image-Line (FL) and followed all their suggestions about plugins behaving badly, no dice. I contacted Cinesamples and haven't heard back yet, but was hoping someone here has had the same problem and found a fix.

For reference, I have a new PC build (14700k, 96GB RAM, all drives are fast NVMes) and have taken every possible step to optimize Windows (11) and FL for audio. All relevant drives, folders, and files are exempt from virus scans.

Hey there, sorry to hear about this issue! Our Dev Team is currently looking into these crash reports related to FL Studio and hope to have a fix available soon -- hopefully before the end of the month, but there are always unknown unknowns in software development, especially when chasing down bugs.

We're working our way through support tickets, of which there have been quite a great many in the last few weeks with the end-of-year promotions for both Cinesamples and Musio coming to a close, thanks for your patience while we get caught up!

Thanks for the reply. I know you are working around the clock to fix all these issues and we appreciate it! Haha while I have you here, could you guys fix the buzzing on the 73 Rhodes, G#4? (I already put it a ticket in the app.)

I know the last comment was either removed by the user or VI, but I'll answer anyway.

Musio most definitely does not "suck" and by extension, won't "always suck." Cinesamples has A TON on offer with Musio 1, and for the $, no one even comes remotely close as of now. Are the instruments more streamlined than their full Kontakt versions? Of course, but the lifetime license is $400 (I got it on sale for $300) for what amounts to a full on composing suite. They are updating constantly, and have been very responsive to all my feedback.
